Complementing our North Shore Kauai vacation rentals is a brand new office at the Princeville Center. With more homes and Kauai condos coming on board every month on the North Shore, including locations at nine Princeville resorts, it was time to move to a bigger and more spacious office to serve you. This change reflects our continued dedication to North Shore owners and guests who demand the best in property management and personalized Concierge services.
When you enter the new North Shore office you will find a much warmer reception area with rich colors and comfortable seating. Most likely you will be greeted by Pat Finberg, our Guest Services Manager. Pat has been with us 14 years and is a wealth of local information. She can help you plan everything from Kauai activities to arranging for a private chef.
Joining Pat are Kera Crabtree, North Shore Division Manager and Dina Schneider, Assistant Division Manager. The three are pictured above with our company owner, JP Parrish.
Thirty team members were at the dedication including staff from our three Poipu Beach locations. Delicious food was prepared by Mediterranean Gourmet for the event and beverages came from the Princeville Wine Market. Both have our top recommendations of places to go while you are here. After a traditional Hawaiian blessing with lei and salt ceremony, the doors to our new location were officially opened.
