Our stay was amazing. I don’t want to take away from the fact that we had an amazing vacation and that the hosts of this home surely delivered. Some small details that could have been nice would be if all the amenities were checked regularly and maintained. For example, the bbq, which is on paper a very nice bbq, had much trouble turning on and staying hot. This made grilling tough. The lights around the grill didn’t turn on and we couldn’t figure that out. Also, theirs no locks on the interior doors and bathrooms so it can be a little personal if you’re traveling with friends. Otherwise it’s a fully featured home with great appliances and really everything you need to feel the aloha. It’s worth the price and we would absolutely rent again. Overall still a 5 star experience

We see you reached out to us about wifi, but never mentioned the locks or the barbeque lights. We would have helped right away. There are small buttons to lock the doors right at the base of the handles. They are somewhat discreet and easy to miss. We will be sure to check on the grill and the lights. We are glad you had such a great visit and we cannot wait to host your ohana again.

Beautiful House and Outside Area, Quiet Neighborhood, Nearby Shops & Food
Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 10 days and it was awesome. Arrived to a well kept, clean, safe, beautiful home. Home is situated in a quiet golf course community and is tucked away in a beautiful setting/landscaping. The inside space has plenty of room to relax. The outdoor area with the pool is perfect for a small family to enjoy, and the pool isn't too deep which was nice. Home had every amenity possible that you would need from all kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, shower and bath supplies, beach gear and beach towels. The home also has air conditioning in every room and ceiling fans to keep the house extra cool if needed. The nearby shops and restaurants are within walking distance to enjoy (coffee shops, burger place, and local surf shops) and we went there almost every day and walked from the home. Parrish left us a sweet welcome package, and checked in on us numerous times to see if we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend using them again. Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet stay at a beautiful home.
This is our second time at Cottage #27. It’s simply one of the most gorgeous places a family could hope to stay. We had many magical moments: walking to the shops under the stars via the private resort path, napping on the outdoor couch as the breeze rustled the plush landscaping, sitting down to dinner at the large outdoor table while the tiki-torches burned in the background, and more. Excellent service made it all the more enjoyable.
Paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated all the extra touches in the house. The welcome basket was amazing and a nice surprise. Would definitely rent again from Parrish.
Excellent rental company. Our rental was fantastic and in the most perfect location to be able to see the entire island and do some fun excursions. overall stay on Kauai was outstanding, and the house we rented made it that much more perfect. .
Paradise with a pool
I have always enjoyed communicating with the team at Parrish. All communications are intended to enhance and create a easy transition from home to a paradise retreat. The home was absolutely spectacular. My wife and I are annual visitors to Kauai and often stay close to the ocean. Traveling with our daughter, her husband and three grandkids required a different and special approach. We needed a pool. Our young grandkids were mostly fairly new to the world of water play. The pool offered a great opportunity for them to safely explore and grow their love of the area and water skills. We enjoyed the many beaches of Kauai but we all agreed that the main attraction was our home away from home. There is a beautiful green belt that threads through the back of the property offering the kids a safe place to explore, run in the occasional rain and just be kids. All observable from the backyard of the house. The home was beautifully appointed and provided all items required to cook on their incredible grill. Included is a outdoor countertop range, a refrigerator, and many tools and other outside cooking necessities. The inside of the house is easy to maintain and perfectly flows to the lanai directly to the pool. We would stay here again. Ten days was just not enough.

Beautiful place! My husband and I just got married in Kauai and we had a small reception catered at this house afterwards. It was perfect, we loved it! Could not imagine a better place to stay in Kauai.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. My wife and I stayed here with our 8+11 year old kids, while my parents stayed in the free-standing guest house. I've vacationed at many nice Airbnbs, but this was a step above them all. The landscaping around the home is beautiful and lush. Every time I walked up to the front door, I was grateful for the wind blowing through the palms and the magical front porch. I can't imagine a better way to enjoy the natural beauty of Kauai. I will say that there are still many empty lots in Kukui'ula, so the magic might dissipate a little if they build other homes right next to this one. That said, the placement of the windows and additional exterior walls would still afford the main house with plenty of privacy. Besides the home being lovely, it's right next to a path that leads to the Shops at Kukui'ula. There are several great dining options there. We had multiple meals at Living Foods. As a grocery store, it doesn't offer much variety; a lot of speciality items, some local fruit, and of course fish and baked goods. As a restaurant, it was the perfect chill place to grab a seat and order using the QR code. I could easily go on about the wonderful qualities of this rental. The Parish Collection were excellent hosts and made check-in and check-out simple and smooth. Thank you!

Beautiful Property
My family had an amazing stay at this house! The house itself is gorgeous with high end finishes and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you could need (blender, juicer, rice cooker, plenty of pots and pans, tons of glassware, etc.). The house is nicely furnished. The pool is beautiful and the backyard is private and quiet. The grill was easy to use and nice to have available. We especially loved the lanai (which conveniently had a gate to prevent our toddler from getting down to the pool). One of the bedrooms is in a detached guest cottage that has its own bathroom and a small refrigerator. The house is an easy walk to a shopping center with cute shops and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of several beaches. Parrish Kauai was extremely responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property!
Lovely property in a convenient south Kaua’i location
Fairly new property situated in a golf course community, Kukuiula, near Koloa. Very quiet. Pool and outdoor entertainment area was excellent, we mainly use the swimming pool but there’s great barbecuing and outdoor dining space as well. We brought or bought our own plastic cups and paper plates for the kids, as well as kids pool/beach toys. Didn’t get this from the listing but there is a standalone bedroom with en suite shower housed in a separate building, A master bedroom in the main house as well as a room with a bunkbed in the main house.
