Cottage 53 is our favorite rental, spacious master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. One of the things we like most about this rental is the large comfortable sofa and chairs. most rentals do not have comfortable furniture which is vary important to us.

The house exceeded our expectations, my favorite Airbnb rental so far! The cottage was very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The home included all amenities you need, including beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. Also there was an amazing welcome gift basket, we really appreciated the coffee!

The home was beautiful. The best we've stayed in yet.

You guys have the best group of properties available on the island. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and represented the company well. Everything was amazing as always. We will call soon and reserve for the 2021 season.

Beautiful home, great location, and friendly people. Sliding doors to lanai were hard to lock, so we had to leave the house unlocked which was a bummer. Kitchen stools need felt protectors under them, so the floors don’t get scratched. Thank you, Christie!!

It was clean and comfortable. Loved the lanai area.

We’ve had good stays with Parrish in the past and not so great stays through other companies. We’re willing to spend a little more to have enjoyable homes to stay in. We could tell that we were some of the first renters in this location as there wasn’t much in the way of “extras”. No books to select from, no boogie boards, no blender (what?!), etc. That will Come with time. However, the kitchen cabinets were off gassing which was giving the glasses (mainly coffee mugs) a chemical taste when beverages were consumed. It would also be nice to have instructions on how to use the TV system as we spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to work the TVs. Christie was great! She was very welcoming and assisted when we inquired about a blender and a cooler.
