While there was construction going on next to us, we were able to work around it. We love this home and would rent it again. Although, it didn't appear there has been any upgrades, updates or maintenance done since we stayed here last year.
50th birthday celebration
The pictures really don’t do this property justice! Absolutely stunning! From the appliances, amenities, and decor to the neighborhood it is in, it was all so peaceful and serene-except for the construction next door, we couldn’t have asked for a better property!

The house is in an amazing location, very close to beach, shops and so many other great places on the island Our favorite part of the house was the pool and outdoor deck area, the view from the yard was pretty nice as well The house was nice and had plenty of space for our family The house could definitely use a few updates and there was unfortunately some construction going on near the property, so at times it was a little disruptive when we were sitting outside Overall we enjoyed the amenities the house had to offer

Overall great house
Everything was wonderful. Homes were clean, well stocked with spices, cooking pot/pans, internet good, TV's great size.
Beautiful home & great location
Overall, the house was very comfortable and well stocked. Lovely decor and reasonable amenities came with the house. Guest services was helpful with questions/information and responded within a short time. Bedrooms are air conditioned, which was really nice on the hotter evenings. Overall cleanliness was good. The neighborhood is still in development and had some construction noise, but was in the great location. There are shops/restaurants within walking distance and multiple beaches, restaurants, and additional shopping within a couple of miles. It was very rainy during our stay, but the outside patio furniture was well covered so we were still able to enjoy the yard even during not-great weather. Our family really enjoyed the house, were very happy with the location, and everyone was quite comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay in Kauai was wonderful. The home was comfortable, well stocked, and in the perfect location. We loved walking to The Shops at Kukui'ula shopping center and being only a couple of miles from beaches and more restaurants/shopping. The house was well stocked, had nice furniture, and a beautiful backyard. When we reached out to guest services with questions, they were very responsive and helpful.
For a multi-generational family getaway, we found all aspects of our dealings with The Parrish Collection to be topnotch. From the welcoming packages left for us at the home to allowing us to have a late check-out to accommodate our flight departure time and everything in between, we received exemplary service and have recommended The Parrish Collection to a number of friends who are interested in a similar experience. Thank you for creating a wonderful environment for our family to build many happy memories of this trip to Kauai.
This home and this management company made our stay on Kauai unforgettable. The home is beautiful and expansive, 4 adult couples fit here with plenty of space. The property grounds were also gorgeous and the home’s kitchen opens to connect with the outdoors. Lastly, the welcoming at the house and communication with the management company was above and beyond.
Fabulous place and dreamy location! We loved the sliding and accordion doors and the outdoors showers. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Home
This is an absolutely stunning home. The four bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms had shampoo, etc. The back doors that opened all the way around the back brought the outdoors inside. We loved the outdoor seating and dining, and the pool, though small, was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. Everything needed for cooking was provided. Parrish provided delicious Mai Tai's as well as sorbetto. Our only issue was that we were told that the home was wheelchair accessible and it is not. We had to rent a small wheelchair in order ror our family member to be able to get into a bedroom or bathroom. We made it work. It really is a very beautiful and relaxing home for a large group (there were 7 of us). Kauai is such a beautiful place and we loved staying in this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the home in Kauai. This was a last minute vacation and everything about the experience, from the communication, to the stay and the home itself was thoroughly luxurious and enjoyable. The home itself is amazing. Our family of 5, with two young adults and a grandmother each had a really comfortable space, and a bedroom/bathroom for themselves. Everything in the home is top-notch, we were even able to have a Christmas barbecue/birthday dinner in a very well-equipped indoor/outdoor kitchen, all in a beautiful tropical setting. This was our first time to Kauai and it is going to be hard to top this home in the future, this is really an HGTV home that is inspirational in its combination of first-class form and function.

Exceptional location and home
This was the most relaxing and wonderful vacation spot we could hope for. I stayed with my husband, two sisters and my children ages 2 and 4. The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was amazing, with shops and restaurants just down the path. The small dipping pool was perfect for my small children. Our flight did not leave until 9 pm our last day. The host was kind enough to give us complimentary late checkout until 6 pm, which was perfect. I would recommend this property a million times over. And I would absolutely look for another Parish property in the future.

Kauai Family Vacation
The house is beautiful and the location is well situated. With Covid protocols the check in process was 100% remote which left a little to be desired. There were a couple of maintenance issues with the house (air conditioning, water heater) which were slow to resolve. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but feel engagement with the property management staff could have been better.
Mahalo Mike for your review. Yes, because of COVID and for the safety of our staff, we have moved check-ins to be directly at the home for now. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we feel this is best. I do see you called the emergency pager about the AC at 5:47pm on Sunday night and we informed you then that it will take time for the home to cool down. If was just turned on a few hours before your arrival. I also see you texted us the next morning with “Update...the upstairs air conditioning has recovered! I think you were exactly right..”. I see you then added that the hot water working in the Ohana and that within a few hours this was resolved by resetting the GFI switch. I also see that an hour after that, we did come and double check and all was still okay. Given there was no other issues and we communicated and responded with you via text almost instantly, I am not sure what further “engagement” you would have needed. In the end, we are glad you enjoyed your stay.
Family Vacay
Communication with property staff was easy and replies were swift. Check in was easy and we were able to access home upon arrival to property. Home was perfect for large family. Lanai, pool and tiki torches added to resort feel. Check out was simple- no clean up, and we just left the keys where instructed. Easy! Home is beautiful and all you need are your clothes and any food you may want from the grocery store 🙂
