My stay at Villa Kailani Townhome B in Poipu, Kauai, was nothing short of exceptional. Situated near Poipu Beach State Park, known for its fantastic snorkeling and family-friendly amenities, the townhome offers stunning distant ocean views from the living room’s lanai and select bedrooms. Recently renovated, the property features modern furnishings, central air conditioning, and a spacious layout spanning a large area across 2 floors. Managed by The Parrish Collection, a trusted local management company, the townhome includes amenities like a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet. This townhome is perfect for family reunions or group getaways. Each bedroom offers comfort and privacy, with the master suite boasting ocean views, a king bed, and a luxurious private bath. The unit itself was perfect. However,
$1,000/night was a little stiff as I was under the impression our unit would have an unobstructed ocean view instead of being one layer behind another unit, with only partial fractured views of the ocean between other units.
Notwithstanding the above, the accommodations were very comfortable and complete in every way.

Great location to enjoy Kauai
This was great place to enjoy our vacation. Walking distance to the beach, and all the amenities you could ask for. We especially appreciated the small details; dishes, cookware, spices, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner & lotion on hand and fully stocked. Great location
We have now stayed in both of these units and this one was very spacious and comfortable. The views of the sunsets from upstairs were beautiful and being an easy walk to the beach is a big bonus. It was perfect for our size group, 2 couples with a two year old.

Perfect Getaway by Poipu Beach
We had an amazing stay at this spacious condo within walking distance to Poipu Beach. The cleanliness and well-equipped amenities made our vacation stress-free. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the beach added to the overall charm. There are beautiful ocean and sunset views from the top floor. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The photos don’t do this condo justice. Very beating, great views and so close to the beach. We walked to snorkel and to boogie board every day. There were so many turtles it was awesome. The condo was fully stocked especially the kitchen.

Great Space...
Check-in was a little confusing. Units should be marked clearly A or B on the door. Convenient location, close to the beach. Sheets and bed were great! Air conditioning was outstanding. Kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Spectacular!!
The property management company was extremely easy to communicate with and did a great job throughout the booking process and during our stay! The house was beautiful. Ocean views from almost every room. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, everything you need to cook and eat at home, which is what we did most of the time. Both Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach within walking distance. Stocked with coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, and various other beach items. Would love to stay at this home again.

Well equiped kitchen, great location of the condo and very well furnished. Every need was considered for their guests.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the design of the unit and the fact that everyone had space and their own bathroom. It was tastefully furnished, and had a nice ocean view, including a sunset view from upstairs. It was within walking distance of the beach and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was a perfect spot for a family vacation with older kids. You won't regret staying here.

Vacation
Great spot close to the beach !
We came to this lovely 3 bedroom condo last year for our son's wedding and loved it. It was great to come back to a place that has an ideal location within easy walking distance of the amazing beaches of Poipu.
The condo is lovely and spacious with a great kitchen. Only drawback was that this time we were 3 couples...so the third bedroom has two single beds. However, we did know that going in so it was not a surprise. Parrish collection management is very responsive to needs/queries. Highly recommend
Parrish management is very efficient and organized and responds promptly to queries and requests (last year we loved the coffee provided and they ordered more for us, and delivered to our door...this year we made the trip to the Kauai coffee plantation on our second day so we could grab more varieties to try.
The soundproofing in this condo is great too as you cannot hear anyone upstairs when you are downstairs...or when trying to sleep. LOL you can definitely hear nature at her best and at her challenging times (wicked storms and very windy a few nights. Parrish even sent us an email heads up on what to do or to look out for which was great)
Plus, they gave us a discount for being repeat renters which was greatly appreciated. All in all, we had an excellent stay here in Condo B, located at 1831 Pe'e Road, Poipu

We had a wonderful week. The condo is spacious and beautiful with high end finishes and ample outdoor space for dining and relaxing. One of the bedrooms has a walk in closet which worked great as a nursery for our infant to sleep in. We did have an issue with the gas grill not working properly, we were able to audible to the stove so this was not a major issue- though I did not hear back from anyone when I emailed about this. Overall a great spot, one that I would not hesitate to stay in again when we return to Kauai.

It was a beautiful home, enough room for 5 adults comfortably. Close to the beach!!
Great house for a family (or several couples) with large open common space on the first floor (and a full bath), well-equipped kitchen, gas grill on the lanai outside the kitchen. # comfortable bedrooms each with its own bath upstairs (2 en suite). TV in every bedroom with internet, plus one in the downstairs living room and another in the upstairs sitting area. Location was great - off the main road and quiet, with views of the ocean from the lanais and several of the upstairs rooms, and a 5 minute walk to the beach (with sea tortoises and monk seals every day). Parrish was very accommodating, and it was simple to arrange a late check-out.

Luxury rental with a fantastic location! The place feels very spacious and everything is comfortable. The staff is responsive as well. Beach and restaurants are walkable. Highly recommend.
Good location
This condo is huge! Lots of common space. The bedroom with the twin beds is a bit small but the other 2 were good sized. The condo is about 1 mile from a large group of shops and restaurants, very handy.
You know how sometimes you get an air bnb where the pictures were way better than reality? Well that was not the case with this house. The pictures almost don’t do it justice. It is spacious, clean, and in a great location. The house had all the essentials. We had a small issue with the garage and the team was really responsive and kind. Resolved our issue very quickly. The location was great! We were walking distance from Poipu beach. We went on walks in the morning and evening down to the bay where we were able to see turtles swim in and out. We also saw some seals playing in the water. It was such a unique/fun experience. If we go back to Kauai I would definitely come staying here again 🙂

This property was wonderful! The layout is ideal and the views are great! I would definitely stay here again as well as recommended it to a friend. Not all VRBO’s are as nice as the adds appear but this one surpassed our expectations! Mahalo!
Excellent Poipu Home
Beautiful home, exactly as advertised. Spacious and comfortably furnished. Perfect Poipu location! I stayed with my wife, 22-year-old son, 18-year-old daughter and her friend.
Post pandemic vacation
Beautiful, spacious property and great management. Our first big vacation in a few years and couldn’t have been better. Location near Poipu Beach and good/shopping was ideal and trips to Lihue for groceries and Kapaa/Coconut Coast for local meals and bike riding were short distances by car. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very pleasurable. Everything that we expected and exceeded our expectations. The location was superb as it was just a short walk away from the beach. The highlight of our stay was seeing the green sea turtles rest on the shore at night. It was amazing to see them up close and personal. I would definitely recommend the condo to my friends.
A very well redone property with an obstructed view of the ocean (can see it between the neighboring condo units,) but doesn't obstruct the sound of the waves at all. Has multiple areas to hangout and socialize inside and outside (we loved the decks.) Cold water in the kitchen sink wasn't working, but the filtered water in the fridge made it so it wasn't an issue; kitchen was well stocked, but could have used more silverware. Having a bathtub and bathroom on the main floor was great for bathing the toddler and not having to walk upstairs. Outside shower was very convenient and used frequently after jungle hiking and every time we went to the beach. Having the benches on the porch made it easy to slip shoes off and with plenty of room to store them too. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms are a little cramped with the furniture, but there was plenty of bedding and pillows.

Unfortunately, we think the affects from being locked down from COVID has driven Parrish’s quality of service downhill. The response to our issues from the day we arrived to when we left two weeks later was terrible. We called to inform Parrish multiple times that the house needed upkeep which included fixing the toilet roll handle that was falling off the wall, the kitchen sink handle that did not turn the water on and off, the BBQ thermometer that did not work, the refrigerator temperature gauge that was broken and unable to be adjusted which froze our produce and food and thus, needed to be thrown away prematurely, and the dryer vent which was broken and ripped multiple pieces of clothing because they got caught on it. We also had to buy our own laundry detergent because no one responded to our request that we needed some. We called again after the clothes were ripped in the dryer to tell them how upset we were and they responded, “Aloha, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, I will forward all this information to my manager and get this resolved.” After 6 days, we heard from no one from Parrish or a manager so we informed them again that we had had no action on any of the problems we had experienced, and this notification was also ignored again. We left the house without any of our issues addressed and were so disappointed and angry that we had spent so much money for this house. This house is not worth the almost $13,000 we spent renting for 2 weeks and we cannot recommend staying here or with Parrish now for that matter. It is so disappointing as we have stayed with Parrish at a different house for 5 years in a row prior to COVID and were extremely happy. Also, this house is very loud many mornings when trying to sleep in the master bedroom as it is located on the street side and you can hear all the cars, buses, garbage/workers trucks, blowers, and people walking to the beach talking.
Great location near the turtles and Hawaiian monk seal beaches. Walking distance. Cumbersome to go to office to obtain lockbox code and show QR codes. Perhaps it will be easier today because Hawaii has lifted the QR/registration requirements.

Beautiful Home
Ideal location for ocean access, pretty views from balcony, wonderfully appointed and spacious.
Great house near the beach
We loved staying here, we could walk to the beach and enjoy nightly sunsets. It was big, plenty of bathrooms and space for kids. the kitchen has all needed utensils. AC worked great though you only need it first few days. Only suggestion would be to ditch the swifter, those never work, the floors need a solid mop. Everything else was pretty clean and cared for. Would stay again.

Fantastic Property
Honestly, I'm struggling to find anything negative to say about our stay. The townhome had everything (and more) our family of four could need. It was very clean and well appointed. The location really could not have been better. Wonderful property.

The stay is everything you would expect and more. The pictures don’t do the actual view you get justice! It’s literally steps from the beach. The inside was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. They have everything you could need there. From beach chairs, to towels and boogie boards. We noticed a day after we arrived that the dishwasher had an issue and the screen door had a tear. It wasn’t anything urgent but We contacted them just to give them a heads up. And they responded ASAP! They were very helpful and left detailed instructions upon arrival for everything in the house. Will definitely be staying hear again. 10/10.
