Steps to Turtle Watching
Great condo with everything you need to relax. Outstanding location just a minute or less walk to the water where turtles are swimming. Just a few more minutes to the beach and Poipu Park. Condo is nicely equipped and very comfortable.
Amazing Stay at Townhome
During my recent stay at Villa Kailani Townhome A-320-15 in Poipu, Kauai, I found it to be an exceptional choice. Situated just a brief walk from Poipu Beach State Park, renowned for its snorkeling and scenic vistas, the townhome has undergone recent renovations, featuring modern furnishings and central air conditioning, which provided a highly comfortable environment. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the distant ocean views visible from the living room’s lanai and select bedrooms, adding a serene touch to the ambiance. Beautiful property right around the corner from the beach
Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures. We spent most of our awake time at home on the patio off of the bedrooms upstairs that have an ocean view. The place was spotless and we felt at home here. The only 2 downsides: 1. Minimal, but the garage door sounds like it belongs on a haunted house. It’s SO loud! 2. As another renter noted, we also arrived at night and the duplex is not labeled A and B. A is up the stairs and on the left (even though B is closer to the street). The kitchen window to B is right outside the door to A, so we thought it belonged to A and we were in the wrong place. We eventually knocked on the door and when no one answered assumed it must be the right place. We were tired and grumpy and it was 12:30 am our time so not a great way to start our trip. Oh, one other thing. It is a duplex, so Although our neighbors thankfully were not partyers, I could hear them walking when I was in bed, but I am a light sleeper. Overall, the good far outweighs the bad and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Townhouse
The Townhouse is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Its location allowed us to easily walk to Poipu Beach and the Heritage trail. When a remarkable storm arrived during our trip, many local roads flooded but we were high and dry. All the while, we could see the ocean from the upstairs porch. We loved our time in this townhouse and hope to return some day.
The property is well located-just a short walk to Poipu Beach and the Heritage Trail. The sound of waves crashing on the shore and a beautiful view of the ocean greeted us each day. The property is very clean, well-stocked and attractive. We loved our stay in Villa Kailani Townhouse A.
The place was a perfect location, right near Brecken Beach, which is where everyone boogie boards. It is about a five minute walk total to Poipu Beach and the grand Hyatt is right up the road as well where you can go have dinner. It’s also great to book a pool day in advance at the grand Hyatt. They have an amazing pool, lazy river waterslide it’s definitely worth booking a pool day there way in advance! The house was perfect. Had everything we needed it felt very safe and very cozy!

The place was great, felt like home. Lights were left on for our late night arrival. It was fairly difficult to find the lock box housing the key for entry.
Each of the bedrooms had a bathroom---EXCELLENT, as well as a 1/2 bath in the main living area. Partial view of ocean, better view on the second floor. Having a deck off the bedrooms was a bonus, though on the smaller side---deck. n8ldky deceiving by photo.
The condo was within walking distance to the beach, as well as a few local restaurants. This was great!
The condo offered privacy, though with time outdoors on the deck, less so given neighboring properties.
Parrish was responsive to texting, noting our concerns, though less responsive with actual needs or action required on part of the host. Luckily, our neighbors were very helpful...
Overall, great place---though pricey.
Great Place!
We would highly recommend this property! The cleanliness was awesome! Nice kitchen and layout! We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I would recommend is putting house numbers on the unit. We came in after dark and it was very confusing to find in the dark! Overall it was a very positive experience and I was very impressed with the Parrish Kaua’i company!!

Great Location
Great location. Very clean but slightly worn but typical of Kauai rentals. The grill as previously mentioned in reviews, is very unsafe and almost caught my husband on fire. The cookware is worn and would give it 4 out of 5 of being well stocked with items used for cooking. The beach umbrella was also broken and unusable. Descent clean place but not luxurious by any means. I really loved the trip but have stayed in various Vrbo\'s in Kauai and for the price would have expected a little bit more.

Great townhouse!
Needed couple fixings, Dishwasher top rack was broken. We normally grill every other night, but the grill didn’t look safe to use. That was a BIG bust!! Everything else was GREAT!

Wonderful place to stay! Minutes from the ocean. Sunsets were spectacular:-), unit was more than I could ask for. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. It was me and two grandkids. Of course they wanted a pool but seeing they were a short walk they played in the ocean every day to their hearts content. Also was ver relaxing to me to sit on beach and totally enjoy my self with beach chairs, cooler available for use and beach towels. All I can say it was. Wonderful 7 days!

Beautiful location just 5 minutes walk from Poipu Beach and Heritage Trail. The home itself was spotless, spacious and couldn't be in a better location (other than actually on the beach). Lots of amenities including kitchen utensils and beach accessories. We would definitely stay here again and considering the cost of staying at a place like the Grand Hyatt down the street, it was a good value for Poipu w 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The garage door opener was jamming up and the bolt attaching the opener to the garage door popped off but I was able to find and retighten - should be looked at but we were able to get in and out as needed. AC was a welcome sight after spending the first half of our trip in Princeville where many of the older units do not have AC. Kept up comfy and having a W/D was indispensable after a long day at the beach and hiking. Thank you!

Good location, had everything I needed for the most part

Stayed here for 6 nights. The townhouse was very clean, tastefully decorated with quality beds, linens, towels and with a nice gourmet kitchen.The sunset views from the second floor balcony was spectacular. You can also see the beautiful mountains, the sea and often hear its roaring waves. Location was perfect only walking distance to Poipu beaches. The whole townhouse had AC and was nice to be able cool down and relax in the evenings after a whole day out in the sun. Parrish staff were all very courteous and responsive. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Thank you Parrish Kauai for a wonderful vacation!

Close to beach!! clean- lots of room for 2 couples
The condo is amazing! 2 stories gives you plenty of room so spread out and share with 2 couples. Very clean. only a block from the water- short walk to PoiPu beach.

Location and size of the unit was perfect.
The condo we reserved helped make our vacation perfect. We loved our evenings on the patio watching the sunset and listening to the ocean.
I thought the house was well designed, clean and bright and perfect location. I felt the amount of amenities and dishes, etc. was perfect. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards and even a blender for making our own pina coladas! There were a couple unexpected inconveniences. When we arrived there was no key in the lockbox so we had to wait 30min for someone to bring it. We also walked into to a note next to the downstairs TV saying it was broken and we had hoped it would be replaced during out trip so the two couples could watch movies at night but it was never fixed.
Great location, clean unit, reasonable pricing. Concierge pretty responsive as well.

The home had everything we needed. My wife and I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean and relaxing on the balconies. The home is close enough to walk in either direction to a beach and restaurants. The amenities were all in working order. Communication with Parrish was simple and check-in / check-out was easy.

Excellent choice in so many ways!
Updated, clean, comfortable, walking distance to beach and Brennecke’s restaurant with great food, close to other areas like Koloa and shops at Kukui’ula with a great farmers market and Grand Hyatt for breakfast or spa, great home base for day trips. Truly enjoyed our stay!

We would like to return one day
The unit was a perfect size for the two couples that stayed there. Spacious and had most of the amenities we needed. Initially I thought there was a pool because of the photos, but that belongs to the home adjacent to this property and we were not able to utilize that. I am not complaining however because we could get over to Poipu beach either by walking or driving and that was wonderful. Great restaurants nearby and conference center at the grand Hyatt was only a three minute drive for us to participate in work activities over there. Great views from the bedroom we saw whales breaching. Maybe will be able to rent the larger home on the waterfront another time. We would love to bring our family there one day. Thank you!

What a beautiful vacation home! Even prettier than the pictures. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with all brand new utensils, etc. Beds were so comfortable and bath products smelled so yummy. Loved everything about it!! Would highly recommend this home.
