We love this unit and Parrish Kauai’s excellent service. The views from our particular unit are spectacular and it was very comfortable for the time of year. Will definitely stay again.

Well appointed, beautiful view and very nice master suite

Great for two couples- lots of privacy. Dynamite view. Well tricked out kitchen. A bit hard for us to navigate getting the correct amount of AC in top bedroom- but it worked well enough. Mirror doors in master bedroom need some repair. But all and all, a terrific place to stay- we would do it again- even though I never did find the pool!

Nice location

Unit is very comfortable with nice walking trails to the beach and nice view. Lots of amenities within a few minute drive. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, even when we thought we left something behind after checkout. Thank you.

Spacious well equipped two level condo. Easy plentiful parking right outside. Beautiful vista across the grass to Shipwreck Beach front the two balconies. Get up early for fantastic sunrise and lovely stroll down to the wate

Ocean view

We sure enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had almost everything we needed. The ocean view is great. We felt very safe there day or night. Would definitely recommend !

Best pick for amazing view of the ocean!

Most amazing views from the lanai! Location is perfect…short walk to Shipwreck Beach. We enjoyed watching the sun rise & set each day.

Beautiful condo! Well equipped and very clean. The property is a lush space. There are beach chairs and coolers. Very close to stores and restaurants. Just as an FYI, it is a third floor unit, so be prepared to carry bags. Also there is no air conditioning. I was there in October and temperatures were fine, actually cool at night. Not sure how it would be in the dead of summer.

Excellent!

Great location. Beautiful view. Easy to get to and near many restaurants and beaches. Great hiking and walking nearby. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean and well equipped.

Fantastic location! Comfortable and well equipped!

The view is gorgeous. It’s easy access for getting around in the car and walking to the bluff. The beds were comfy! Very nice place:)

Toilet bowl in master bedroom kept running. Light bulb in overhead fixture burned out.

We thank you for being a big part of our successful vacation.

Easy to reserve and arrive and depart. Your staff was unsure about the status of the community pool, which we have enjoyed in the past. The view was exceptional and the grounds of Poipu Sands are lovely. Plus, it has an excellent, large pool for lap swimming. It is great that it has a deep end for our visiting grandchildren to jump and dive. This is minor, but the upstairs toilet would run continuously unless you got the handle in just the right position. The screen doors did not lock.

Poipu Sands Unit 523-Best Unit in Poipu Bay

My wife and I have stayed in this same unit for 2 consecutive weeks each of the past 5 years. It is by far the best unit we have stayed in. Everything is top notch. Great location with spectacular direct ocean view. The Parrish employees are very gracious and eager work with you in every way possible.

View Lovely, Furnishings Nice.

This is our 9th visit! As usual, Parrish met our needs very well. Some items to note, please sharpen knives, remote light/fan control not working. Mahalo.

Marvelous Vacation
