Perfect
Excellent communication from management. Great location facing Shipwreck beach! Only suggestion would be to remove the really stiff spring arm on the front door.............waaaaay too much tension to open the door with your hands full or with little kids.

Great location and communication from the staff. Walking distance to the beach and the Hyatt if you want a coffee bar in the mornings. The staff checked in with us sporadically to ensure needs were met and to see if we had any concerns. We would definitely stay again.

The view can’t be beat! Overall a nice place with everything you need. Having two master bedrooms worked perfectly for our group. The breeze kept the place cool so despite hot days it didn’t bother us that there wasn’t an AC. If you are a very private person you may not like it as the place opens up to the park with a popular walkway right there so people were walking by all day. But a small thing when you weigh the beautiful view and easy access to the park, beach, and the Hyatt.

The place was spacious and very clean. Great amenities to be found also. Ground corner unit so lots of privacy. Great insulation so couldn’t here people above. You can walk to the restaurants at the Hyatt but everything else is a 5-10 min drive. You can walk to Shipwrecks beach but it has lots of coral and stones and is NOT swim it wade friendly. Great for surfing and boogie boarding but not much else. Have to drive to other soft sandy beaches. The pool area was nice but there is no hot tub Overall the place was very nice and would highly recommend

View to Die For
Gorgeous comfortable condo! Has washer and dryer and we’ll appointed kitchen for cooking. Recommend!
We had a terrific stay! I’m we booked this condo for the location and it did not disappoint! Getting up in the morning and watching the sunrise was our very favorite thing. The proximity to the Grand Hyatt was fabulous and the hiking trails are within walking distance, too! We would Erin it let stay here again!
Very easy and streamlined rental process. The property was in very good condition. Pricey, but that's Kauai, unfortunately. My only suggestion is to offer a cleaning service as included mid-rental in a long-term rental of more than 10 days? Even a nice refresh with cleaning of bathrooms and windows would be nice during a long rental period.
great spot. amazing views and easy to get around. not overly private due to the walkway but that gives it amazing access to places. slightly stuffy but I imagine that is just post covid

AMAZING VIEW-PERFECT LOCATION!!!
Our family of 4 had such an incredible time at unit 525. From the stunning views to perfectly stocked condo, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. We have been to Hawaii on several occasions and this has to be one of our all time favorites stays. The Parrish Team are a fantastic group of individuals that really cared about us and totally took care of everything along the way. We made memories that will last a lifetime and we’re already looking to book with Parrish for our next family vacation to Kauai.
