Very nice spot! No AC though, but wasn’t bad once you opened the place up and let the breeze pass through. Had everything needed to cook at the location, even plastic baggies! Walking distance to the beach and very nice warm pool.

Wonderful location
Great location! Well stocked kitchen. I would recommend a tile grout and carpet cleaning, but otherwise was nicely cleaned. Sleeping without ac was a little uncomfortable, but the location made up for it. The Murphy bed was very comfortable (but I couldn’t find sheets so used the top sheet from the master bed. Overall, a very nice trip. Thank you!

Great base camp for island adventures
This property was exactly what we needed while we explored various parts of the Island. The condo was clean, roomy and had excellent amenities that we needed for the 2nd half of our Hawaii trip. Full Kitchen and laundry services were a major plus, helping us keep breakfast and lunch costs down, as well as helping limit our packing with laundry. Kitchen had every thing we needed and soap/detergent/etc. were available for use. Condo had additional amenities such as beach gear and coolers to help with our daily excursions. Nice view of lawn from inside condo and view of ocean from part of the Patio.
Clean, private, romantic stay!
Perfect place for two—very quiet but convenient for walks by the ocean or nearby dining options. Great kitchen with all the tools/dishes you could need, also.

Worth Repeating
We enjoyed staying there so much, we booked another condo in the same location next year. That one was already booked. Comfortable, well-appointed, amazing location! The property management company is quick to respond, friendly and efficient. We loved walking out of our back door to the beach. Other beaches are all a short drive away.
Fantastic place
We stayed with our 4 month old baby for a week. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and coastal trail. Peaceful property with everything you need. We rented baby gear from a local provider and the staff coordinated with them to have it all set up before we arrived.

Wonderful Stay
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Piop’u Sands. The condo was right next to the Grand Hyatt where my wife had a conference. Perfect location for exploring the South Shore of Kaua’i. It was great having a kitchen and dining area. They even had beach chairs, towels and coolers for us to take to the beach. It made our lives so much more comfortable and our trip that much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of space with the 1.5 bathroom. Great view and walk from the lanai. Great view in the back. The place was directly to the parking lot. So easy to load things into the car etc. No shoes in the home which I appreciate. The only issue were the ants and the tiny baby cockroaches at night in the bathroom. The ants were contained in the tissue box when I pulled out a tissue and it exploded with ants. Overall, still very clean. A gecko visied our room but we set him free back to the lanai. Peaceful area.
A nice place to stay! Close to everything, would come back. Very easy to communicate with.
The location was ideal, the property was impeccably clean and the grounds immaculate. It was quiet, had unbelievable sunrises and it was even fun to cook meals. The location was near groceries and restaurants and I would definitely stay again!

This condo was great for our stay in Kaua’i. Great location and very clean. Good access to the beach. Would definitely stay again in this area with the same company.

The condo was lovely. The place was clean and well stocked with essentials. Plenty of towels and extra toiletries available. The bed and bedding was nice and comfortable.The complimentary coffee was a nice touch. We were home away from home for an extended Labor day weekend. Walkable paths take you over to adjacent Grand Hyatt Resort which is super convenient if you are participating in The Kauai Marathon and Half Marathon event. The lanai was peacefull with a nice partial view of the ocean and all kinds of birds, chicken, and roosters hanging out in the lawn. The only bump I encountered was taking the broken umbrella to the beach (that should have been retired already) there was two and didnt realize one was broken. Also, we had to check in 30-45 minutes after 3pm because the cleaning was still underway. It would have been nice to get a heads up instead of having to call to find out. They did let us check out a little later to compensate for time. Overall, I would stay here again.
Great stay
We had a wonderful experience. The process was easy and the condo was very well equipped. There was air conditioning in the bedroom but we did not find we needed to use it. It is a close walk to Shipwreck Beach and a quick drive to Poipu Beach (we did walk once). You will need to drive to stores or restaurants, unless you want to dine in the Grand Hyatt resort.
Perfection
This place was perfect. Clean beautiful and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful! This condo opened to the grass. Was right by pool and short walk to the Hyatt. As well as all the other beaches in poipu. Thank you!!

Amazing Condo
This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation! It comfortably slept our family of four with two little ones. The condo was well maintained, clean, and well stocked with amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. It is also in the perfect location to conveniently walk to trails, restaurants, and beaches. Thank you to the owners and Parrish Collection for such a great experience. We will definitely be returning guests for years to come!
We had a great time. Location was perfect and near lots of activities. House was clean and quiet. Host provided all essentials and that was very helpful. No air conditioning but plenty of fans were provided. We will definitely be staying here again.
