The view is incredible. We got to see turtles and dolphins and watch the sunset from the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, but there is still a lot to do close by. You get to soak up the beautiful surroundings and go home to a peaceful and inviting space. We absolutely loved our time here in Poipu Palms.
It is awesome to see turtles, dolphins, and beautiful sunsets all from your balcony. Often, in the wintertime, you can see humpback whales as well. Thoroughly relaxing stay in Kauai
Unit and location met and exceeded our expectations. When looking for a place to stay, the view plus a king size bed were main criteria. The view from the lanai was perfect. Our mornings began with watching the horizon change at sunrise while we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the lanai. We could see turtles in the ocean but suggest taking the short walk to the deck for the best view. We were caught by surprise when a red crested cardinal (thank you Goggle Pics) stopped by to finish eating my cereal right out of the bowl! Lots of birds are around so keep your screen closed. Nothing flew in but I can just imagine it happening. The lanai also offered a relaxing sunset view while enjoying an adult beverage. We also lazed in the lounge chairs by the pool during sunset. Suggesting stopping by Poipu Beach for another sunset opportunity. While there, we saw ~10 huge sea turtles sleeping on the beach, in a protected area. An activist said they often sleep up to 8 hrs in that spot. This beach also offers a protected area for calmer swimming yet another area which more waves for surfing. Shipwreck beach is also very pretty. We saw a wedding party having pictures taken. The unit had beach chairs, cooler and towels available. I did not use the kitchen beyond coffee, cereal and warming up leftovers. But, it appeared to be fully stocked, allowing you to cook full meals. Bed was very comfortable. The unit does not have A/C but we didn't notice to fans and breezes.

Great place
Everything was awesome. The only thing i would add would be letting us know whether or not you had beach chairs, umbrella or things if you didn’t have, we would have to buy. Awesome place, clean great view very comfortable and the TV was great as we watched the Dodgers beat the Padres :-).

The room was clean and pretty well furnished. Had a great ocean view had everything we needed.
Excellent Kauai Getaway
We had an excellent stay in Kauai at this property. Don't let no A/C scare you away. There are plenty of ceiling fans and tabletop fans and there is always a constant breeze. I am a very HOT person and found it very comfortable. We had a small issue with the magnets on the screen door and maintenance was there to fix it within 5 minutes... I couldn't believe it. I would stay at this property without hesitation. The only downside which is minor, is the driveway could be steep for someone with mobility issues. But they could easily be dropped off at the curb rather than in the parking lot.

VRBO Cannot beat the view from the lanai and the pool!
Great condo, but no AC
This condo was in a great location with easy access to a walking trail and to Poipu beach. It is well appointed and has plenty of items you can use at the beach (coolers, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). We had sugar ants in the kitchen that ruined our fruit and a box of cereal, but other than that, the kitchen is stocked with the basics to cook things. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nice and clean. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THIS UNIT. Please be aware of this as the humidity can be stifling...especially if you are from a state that isn't that humid. I wish the description had said this so I could rent another. During the night, the fans are enough. But we tried to stay away during the day as it was obscenely hot in there.

We apologize for the issue with the ants; while our team maintains thorough cleaning and pest control, sometimes those tiny sugar ants still manage to get in, especially when any food is left out. Great stay! There were two couples and it provided privacy when needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas were incredibly helpful, very quiet and had the pool to ourselves. The views are unreal!

Great stay, great location
This condo was perfect for our stay in Poipu. Comfortable beds, great view, and all within a quick 5min walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. The beach supplies such as chairs and bougie boards were also perfect for what we were doing. Definitely recommend.
It was the perfect vacation. Registration was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful and made early checkin possible. The place was better than I imagined.

Except for having to walk to public beach for sand, everything was wonderful! Property is clean and well appointed. Excellent beginner snorkeling. Walk to hiking trails. Beautiful wildlife. Turtles arrive every day at the public beach. Beautiful sunsets!

Superb in every way
Spacious, very well-equipped unit with stellar views from living room, dining room, and large lanai. (Don’t forget to bring binoculars for the whales and other wildlife.) Excellent location, particularly in winter, near good beaches,‘restaurants, and shopping. Nice common areas. Very friendly and responsive staff at property manager.

Perfect location!
We loved everything about our stay! The unit was very well stocked with just about everything we needed for preparing food, going to the beach etc. The unit was within walking distance from beaches, resorts, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed watching the turtles off the deck down by the pool. We’d love to come back again!

Perfect Location!
We had the best stay!! The condo had everything you need and was so cozy. You also have the most incredible view of the ocean from the patio. We loved being able to cool off at the pool in the evenings and enjoying a drink down on the terrace. This unit was so close to shops, restaurants and is walking distance to the Beach where there is great snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!

The two master suites were perfect for two couples, there was a terrific breeze through the condo which kept the temperature perfect throughout our stay. This unit was very well appointed and very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were up-to-date and extremely clean. No “ick” factor at all. The best thing was the view from all back windows across the lanai directly to the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous. The only drawback is that the bedrooms are close to and on level with the street and a street light. The curtains are open for ventilation but this also lets in lots of light at night and makes it necessary to be fully clothed going between the bathrooms and bedrooms . The room would benefit from blinds or shutters that could be angled down to limit the light coming in at night and ensure some privacy as well.
This condo was perfectly located for easy access to Poipu beach. Beds very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom very well stocked. Pool however not maintained daily, and therefore being situated directly under palm trees there are lots of things that end up in the bottom. It’s also very small, not allowing for that many people to be in at once nor a nice long swim from one end to the other. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place!
Beautiful place, close to the beach, gorgeous view. All around simply dreamy! Super responsive host when needed support with WiFi and washer. Would love to go back sometime!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, and the unit was clean and had great ocean views. We spent a hours on the lanai just looking over the ocean. Very calm and relaxing. Easy to check in and out, and stocked utensils in the kitchen for coffee and meals. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Parrish again!
Poipu property
The unit and property was immaculate. We had great views and a were in close proximity to the beach, great restaurants, shopping and activities. I would recommend this wonderful place and hope to return one day.

Well run property with great location.
Loved that the sun rose on the east end of the deck and set on the opposite end. Enjoyed sitting by the pool with the ocean so close as a back drop. Turtles were close by, feeding, just off cliffs every day. Easy walk to beaches.

Excellent VRBO
This is an excellent place to stay. We stayed in November and it was beautiful. There was a constant and strong cool breeze so the air conditioning was not missed. I would be a consideration in the summer months. It was very updated and was so nice to have a a washer and dryer. It was very clean, and was fully stocked. The only comment is that the floors should be cleaned. They commented about the red clay and to take your shoes off, which we did. However we immediately had red stuff on our socks and bare feet as soon as we walked in. We dropped water on the floor so we used the spare clothes, which were so nice to have, and they were immediately red. I am starting to think it is the floor. It is a beautiful floor but may want to put in tile for something by the beach. Overall I would definitely stay here again in the winter.

Great ocean view spot near Poipu!
I stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and another couple and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The 2 master bedrooms and massive ocean view balcony were key for our group. We could also see lots of sea turtles right off the pool deck every morning, which was a big plus for us. All things considered, we would certainly stay here again 🙂
We had a wonderful stay at this modern apt in Poipu with views of turtles in the ocean from our balcony! The unit was well stocked with all the essentials for day to day as well as trips to the beach. There was no AC but with the balcony and windows opened the trade winds were perfect.
This is an absolute gem in poipu. The touches on this home are nothing short of personal and cozy and the view is spectacular. The size of the balcony is such an added bonus as well. We will be back
We really enjoyed our two bedroom, two bath condo in Poipu. Our condo was a great value and in an amazing location. Parrish was very easy to work with and has great customer service. The reservation process and check in process is quick and easy. We will book with Parrish again the next time we visit the islands.
Our stay
Our family wanted a winter escape to warmth and time together. This property was absolutely perfect for us. The location was fantastic. The property has everything you will need and was quiet in the evening, which we appreciated.

Amazing Condo in Poipu
We had an amazing stay at the Poipu Palms condo in Poipu during the week of Thanksgiving. The condo was in excellent condition and our actual experience was 100% consistent with the pictures and how the property is represented on VRBO. The condo is within walking distance of amazing beaches and restaurants and it has everything you could ever need to make this your home away from home. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Poipu, as it worked great for our family of four.

South Shore delight!
The property was very updated and nice inside. Both beds (king) were comfortable. The property owners let us check in early because we had a cooler full of food from our stay on the north shore. They allowed this kind of last minute and it was very helpful. Walking distance from Poipu beach.
Love it love it love it
I can't say enough about how great this place was for us. The dual on suites was perfect for the two couples, the Lanai/balcony was large and provided a beautiful view of the ocean. The modern design was a pleasure. It provided great access to surrounding beaches and activities but you will learn which direction doesn't have speed bumps :).
My daughter and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The view was great and there is a beach walking distance. The condo had everything we needed.
