Sorry to leave
Another wonderful stay. No ac needed, plenty of fresh air flow. Great kitchen fully equipped. A fun walk down to Poipu to snorkel each day. Another walk to Honu Bar and Grill in the evening to enjoy drinks and dinner. Perfect location. Water view from bedroom and fun pool with lava rock view of crashing waves.

I stayed here with my 2 daughters and daughter in law for a girls trip. We had great time. View was beautiful. Very clean. We had everything we needed. They even picked up my grocery order! Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay.
Gorgeous view
Nice location, walk to both beachs was a little more than half a mile and hills, but doable.
Great location with very nice lanai
Very comfortable condo with all amenities in kitchen, washer and dryer, and beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. The lanai is comfortable and very large with ocean views. We enjoyed the pool, oceanfront deck and BBQ grill. Quiet except for construction workers onsite who were not respectful, which was our only turnoff.
Great overall!
We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well equipped condo! The building has only 12 units thus felt private and homey. Spacious lanai, ocean views from indoors and out. Viewing deck for enjoying sunsets, sea turtles and whales.Grounds are nicely maintained.
Our vacation spot was perfect for us! Stunning views, quiet location, clean and well-appointed condo. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay-thank you!
Great location
Great location, loved the pool area and watching the sea turtles below. The bathrooms are small and cramped and really need updating but they are functional . The views were wonderful and made up for any problems we had during our stay. The unit is ground floor and if you are a light sleeper be aware that the path behind is directly level with the bedrooms and people are very noisy walking by . We couldn't close the windows at night as you need the breeze as no AC but it did mean being woken up early every morning as people passed so close by. Plenty of glassware and tableware which is always useful and beach chairs were in excellent condition.

Time to enjoy paradise
loved the location. Apartment was more than adequate for our needs. Apartment nedes some maintenance and a good deep cleaning.

Just like the picture
We had a wonderful stay. 2 related couples shared this 2 bedroom condo. Beautiful sunsets. Ocean view was great. You could hear the sound of the waves. A few maintenance issues were taken care of easily without any problems. I forgot there was no air-conditioning so 2nd bedroom would get warm There were plenty of quiet fans throughout.

We all were very pleased with the accommodations , great cross breeze, great view and nice location.
Ocean views, breezy, beautiful garden
This property is very accurately described and photographed. This was a very comfortable and nicely designed home with a wonderful ocean breeze. Clean, with fresh towels, washer/ dryer and all the amenities described. It has a spacious patio that we used every morning and every evening drinking our Kauai coffee. You can walk through the beautiful garden a few feet to the BBQ, the deck over looking the ocean (lots of turtles & stingray) and the pool area. The property is located on the south end of the island close to: Po’ipu Beach, Shipwreck Beach (3-5 minutes), and a few miles from National Botanical Gardens (10 minutes), Kauai Coffee Co(25 minutes), Kauai Plantation and Railrod & Luau (20 minutes). I’d like to acknowledge the Parrish Management Company, managing the property for the owner. A few units had a plumbing issue on our last day. I called the emergency line, two very nice Parrish maintenance men came out after hours. The company came through for us, because the issue was a little bigger than anticipated. There will always be issues, but how a company comes through for the client is a true testament to taking care of “us the tourist.” Our neighbors had a “different” company and ended very differently (badly) for them. Thank you MJ and The Parrish for really taking care of us.
Quiet retreat
Enjoyed our stay, especially enjoyed sitting on the deck. Great location! Perfect for our family!
Beautiful location but very, very dirty condo
The location was incredible and the views spectacular. The condo had everything we needed for our stay which we greatly appreciate. We didn’t have to buy anything but food. The Parrish Company that runs this unit has amazing customer service as well so we will rent from them again; just not this condo. Upon entry we removed our shoes as the sign requested. In 20 minutes the floor turned my new white socks dark brown. I used the swifter wet they provided and two of those came up black just from the master bathroom floor. Had to buy bleach and mop the floors three times and they still weren’t clean. The showers had black and pink slime mold growing on the bottom, around the doors, and on every ledge and corner. Corners and the side of the fridge floor was disgusting too. This unit doesn’t have air conditioning which most nights wasn’t a problem because there are trade winds but it got hot in the afternoon and was uncomfortable to sleep some nights even with the fans on. This still didn’t ruin our trip because of the location but this condo is too expensive for what it is and how filthy it was. After speaking to the company, I hope it will be cleaner moving forward.

Perfection!
Aloha, the stay was amazing! Patti and the entire team from the welcoming staff were excellent! Communication was very easy and prompt. The property was beautiful and well located. A perfect small step from everywhere we wanted to be yet still have our own paradise and quiet. Great location, Cozy condo, awesome stay!
We really enjoyed our time in the condo with our 18 month old. Watching the ocean from the porch and being to see sea turtles from the pool deck was great. You are perfectly situated between Shipwreck Beach and Poipu. You can easily walk to both. Poipu is a great family beach. Our little one enjoyed the playground there which was an added bonus! We walked to coffee at little fish coffee a few times, about 1 mile from the condo. So many great food options in Poipu and Koloa (about 10 minutes away.) Only thing worth noting… the unit is ground level so it can be a little loud with people walking by but it didn’t interrupt our sleep or anything. Smart TV in main area is appreciated. Parking was easy. Trash was easy. Condo had nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Great home away from home
We really enjoyed the view from our porch . . .with the ocean breeze keeping us cool. The kitchen was well stocked... Even had a kettle and a great tea selection for the usually neglected tea drinker. Thanks!

Very good location and easy to get in to the unit. Perfectly described and enjoyed our time.
Check in/Check out was simple and easy. The grounds well cared for. The unit perfect for our needs and especially liked the kitchen upgrades. Please have at least 1 or 2 coffee filters for first morning. I drove into Koloa but the store did not have the right type. We had already done our shopping in Lihue. Poipu
Well maintained property but the location over the shoreline perfect for surf and turtle watching is the best!! There have been upgrades that don't show up in the vrbo photos. Kauai is my favorite island ?. I will be back!

Nice property, very relaxing
Super convenient and well maintained condo in Poipu. Walk to town, beaches, and resorts easily from the condo. Great management company that was helpful when we needed it. View in 101 was more obstructed then we had thought it would be, but still a fabulous ocean view and easy to walk to the community deck. Would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect stay!
Perfect location being between the two best beaches on the South Shore. Boogie boards, chairs and an umbrella were supplied and they got used nearly every day. Communication was flawless. The views are breathtaking. I watched the sea turtles in the surf from the shared deck overlooking the pool The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We save a lot of money by not going out to eat. Perfect place to stay!
Kauai
The condo is wonderful and the location is so great! The views are amazing from the lanai and going down to the deck nearer the water gives a great view, the sunset included. The pool is nice. We enjoyed walking over to the Grand Hyatt along a very scenic pathway - with gorgeous views of the ocean and of the sea turtles and monk seals. Loved walking the other direction as well - to the beautiful beaches. Suggests include an investment in updates throughout the condo for those things worn or rusty, a good fresh coat of paint, and a good scrub on all of the floors. Would we return? We've already signed up to return next year!

Loved it! Location and view is amazing. Nice furniture and decor. Appliances a little dated but fine. Gorgeous landscape with multiple decks above ocean front cliff edge is amazing. Spectacular place to watch sunset. Literally a 2 minute drive to the beach. There were a few issues though that I feel should be addressed. 1. The screen door and sliding glass door need new rollers. Extremely difficult to operate. Almost was locked out and stuck on the lanai when screen door jammed. 2. The towel holders in the bathrooms are heavily rusted. They should just be taken down, whether replaced or not. 3. So I guess the floor must not have been mopped well recently. As we tried to abide by the request to remove our shoes at the door, after walking barefoot on the floor the soles of our feet were black (yuck!). Other than that we really loved the place and would be likely to come back."
We really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication from the host before and during our stay, making sure everything was as expected. The unit was very comfortable and clean, and well appointed. The views were spectacular and the location was very convenient. The constant breeze made for a lovely sleep each night with the windows open.

Everything you could dream about!
First of all WOW. The unit had everything you could need for a day at the beach or a day on the property. The property itself is a hidden gem. We ate breakfast overlooking the ocean literally steps away from our front door and watched the turtles. The view from the pool is also absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.
Best Rental Condo
I almost don't want to review this because I want to keep it a secret for future stays! We LOVED it here. The beautiful first floor stretch lanai overlooking the ocean, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore at night, the pool deck that overlooks the ocean, proximity to Poipu Beach beauty. I could go on and on! We made a friend of the local chicken and named him Elmer, spoiled him a little. We will be back. Love!
