We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It had pretty much everything we needed (we bought a roll of foil and left it there) and many nice touches, such as beach chairs and umbrella, coolers and ice packs, reuseable water bottle. Very classy, but comfortable furnishings. The complex grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We would return!

We love Kauai! We planned to split our stay on different parts of the island between Poipu and Princeville this time around. It is our first time staying in Poipu as we had a planned an all day catamaran sail & snorkel excursion nearby @ Eleele and wanted to view the honus come ashore to sleep at Poipu Beach. We had a lovely stay at this property which was exactly as described and well appointed. The only concern was the common area was quite warm during the day as there is no central A/C within the property and only a portable unit in the bedroom.
We love the ocean view from the property and the tropical landscape. There are a number of nearby shops and restaurants which we visited and shopped for specific items.
Communication with the team was easy and they were quite responsive. We plan to stay at this property again and may even look into a top floor level for a panoramic view! Thank you for a memorable experience in Poipu.

Great stay in Koloa. Condo has beautiful wooden plantation style doors that add to the charm of the space. Condo has a clear view of the ocean and garden surroundings. The pool is a great size and did not get too busy at any point in time. Pickleball/tennis courts available and nicely maintained. The place is spacious and is well stocked in terms of kitchen ware (no foil, zip locks, etc, minimal spices available). The living room does get toasty -- the fan seemed a bit small to circulate the air adequately and it was harder to keep the place cool. There are additional fans available in the closet, but make sure they work (1 of ours didn't). The reason for a 4 star review is that the bed is really worn and needs replacement. A good night sleep on vacation is paramount and unfortunately, it missed a mark on that front. Overall, amazing stay. Great location -- walkable to various shops, beach, Poipu, and surrounding Hotels.

Overall very good experience. The only “shadow” were workers digging the drenage in the garden right at the backdoor of the apartment early morning after the first night. I would have thought that we would have been notified prior checking-in. But resonably compensated by the owner. Great condo, pool, close to the beach. Also, the road between the condo and the sea did not disturb at all. Definitelly recommending to go for it.

This place felt like home as soon as I arrived. The view was absolutely beautiful. My daughter would pick up some of the plumeria flowers that fell off the tree every morning to put on our table while we enjoyed breakfast outside. It was an amazing experience. Thank you so much! The condo and location were fantastic. We have stayed in Poipu many times and will definitely rent this condo again.
Beautiful Condo
Everything was great. Nicely furnished, great location, ocean view, right across street from ocean, 5 minute walk to nice beach, great kitchen & bed, AC works great in bedroom, one of us would prefer entire unit to have AC, the other one was very comfortable & cross ventilation & fans helped. Parking very close to unit, nice pool, quiet complex, very clean, nice lanai, nice people. Called maintenance to fix a few minor things & they came right away & did great fixing them! Very responsive! All in all a really good place to stay! Enjoyed it very much!
Really beautiful place with nice amenities. Slightly tough to keep the place cool, but it was Kauai after all. Still could enjoy the place and sleep comfortably. Would love to stay in the same place again in the future.

Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils but lacks any actual cooking products of any type along with no foil/plastic storage bags or Plastic wrap. Just salt & pepper period. If you plan on cooking which we did quite a bit of ,you’ll have to buy any basic staples at the store . This is the only complaint we have about the unit. At $ 500 a night with all of the fees expected a little more on that end. I heard the same disappointments from other renters from the other units. If you plan to eat out not a big deal but if you plan on cooking, you have to go out and buy the basic staples that are usually included in other properties I have rented in this price range.

We had a 4 night stay at Poipu Kapili #21 after a family reunion on Kauai. This was the perfect ending to our vacation. The condo location was wonderful, beautiful and clean. There was some water line work being done right behind our condo. Even though this was directly behind us, we still found Kapili to be a restful and quiet stay. Will definitely stay at Kapili again
Absolutely loved our time here and plan to come back again soon! Great property for a small family, perfect location and excellent host communication. 10/10 would recommend!

The condo and the views are exactly like the pictures. The complex was quiet, and the pool was never crowded. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
Very nice rustic chic condo
Nice condo located in Poipu area. Pros: clean apartment, rustic chic decor, partial ocean view, privacy. Had all needed amenities. Cons: very noisy air conditioner, make it hard to sleep. Very poor wifi.
