The Nihilani at Princeville is one of North Shore Kauai’s newest resort communities. The townhome units are spacious and equipped with all the finest amenities including central AC. Enjoy a covered lanai, one of the greatest resort pools in Princeville and your own enclosed garage. Nihilani 28B is close to The Parrish Collection Kauai’s Princeville Center office as well as the Princeville Makai Golf Course and Tennis Courts.

Halloween Princeville
Beautiful property, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Off the main road and quiet

The condo was perfect, the pictures dont capture how spacious it is inside. The property grounds are really beautiful and location is quiet. Loved the stat there and would definitely book again.

We enjoyed the unit—spacious, clean, well stocked and maintained. It was perfect for three couples. Also loved the pool area and beautiful landdcaping around the entire resort. Would definitely hope to stay here again if we return to Kauai in the future

A group of surfers and wives stayed here. We were a bit older so we enjoyed the nice kitchen and amenities. We all felt comfortable. Walkable distance to beaches, great for morning runs around the golf course and cliffs, and in unit washing machine. We only had two cars so having more than two may be an issue for parking.

It was spacious and a decent price for how much we paid. There were a few things that happened while we were there.
1. Cleanliness. There were certain areas of the house that weren't cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom had hairs from the last guest, the kitchen floors were filthy, and some of the tilt wands on the blinds were a little sticky.
2. Maintenance. The hot water in the showers wasn't working properly, and the air filter for the A/C unit needed to be changed. They were slow to respond and slow to send a team out there to fix it because the maintenance crew was based on the south shore of the island.
3. Amenities. The pool was great and super clean! We wished the kitchen was stocked more with spices, foil, oil, etc. We had to go purchase those. It was not a huge inconvenience, but if you plan on cooking, be sure to ask those questions.
4. Comfort and Spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how spacious the place was.
Overall, it was a decent stay.

We are sorry that this was your first impression of the property. On the morning of Dec 5th, you told us about the shower's lack of hot water. We responded every time you messaged us and our team was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Even though our maintenance team isn't stationed at the Nihikani resort, we feel that we were able to address your concerns quite quickly. Only good things to say; place as advertised, clean, great A/C, great location in Princeville, smooth check in, easy checkout, prompt communication. We had three couples (6 adults) and had plenty of space. Would absolutely recommend. Great base camp to explore all of Kauai’s north side.

The Parrish Kauai helped to make our family vacation so comfortable and memorable. We enjoyed our clean and spacious condo at The Nihilani for our family of 6. The pool and BBQ area were lovely and the grounds surrounding the neighborhood were beautiful and peaceful. During our stay, we had a few requests for kitchen equipment and an ice chest and the friendly staff supplied them within a few hours. Thank you so much The Dahm Family
Was not Expecting a great place
We were very surprised how well the house was organized and this place is a very recommended place. I am a bit picky, however everything was in real satisfactory. Just some items that we thought was a bit off were the blinds that was a bit hard to function and the chairs had too much stains. But overall our family loved it and would visit there again someday
