We always love our stays at the Kiahuna Plantation. This time we were touched by the bottle of champagne and happy 20th anniversary note for us when we arrived. The king bed was very comfortable for both of us. It seemed that there was more garden work done during our stay, which was loud at times, but maybe that’s what it takes to keep such fabulous gardens up.

Great location
Stayed here 15 years ago for our honeymoon. Returned with the kids this time. Love the location. Very clean, next to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Great Location!
The property is very good. Walkable to good food options, but the 5 minute walk through the lawns to the beach is the highlight.

This is a great spot within walking distance to swimming, boogie boarding, and snorkeling beaches. The property has access to a beach hut for all the beach rentals you could need, as well as access to the athletic club across the street for a swimming pool. The place comes equipped with everything you would need to make meals, and enjoy them at a nice dinner table or outside on the lanai. The green space around the property is also really nice if you have kids with you! I especially enjoyed the mango tree outside providing us with fresh mangos every day.

The condo was just as expected PLUS had some great amenities. My family and I have been staying at these condos for 30 years and this one had more kitchen gadgets, bathroom soaps and towels than any other condo I've stayed in. The little things go a long way! Will rent here again 🙂

Magical
My wife, my 19 year old and 9 year old sons and myself stayed here from 9/19/23 to 9/28/23. The unit was exactly as described. I was a little bit nervous about it not having A/C but it was not a problem whatsoever. I have my A/C running in So. Cal. year round so thought it was going to be a problem. If this was my place, I wouldn’t bother adding A/C. There’s a nice breeze that makes its way through the unit and there’s plenty of fans. It’s a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach through the beautiful grounds of the Kiahuna Plantation Resort. If you go here, you gotta try Eden Coffee in the morning. It’s a little food truck just a short 4 minute drive away.

Lovely Kiahuna Stay
We have stayed at Kiahuna several times over the years. This is one of the most beautiful units we've stayed in. Location is great - short walk to the beach. The unit is nicely updated and as pictured. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely stay again. And the staff at Parrish was very helpful & easy to deal with.

good central location
Fabulous time in Kauai. Peaceful location. Little Fish Coffee across the street was great!
Was a beautiful and clean place to stay - looked exactly as advertised. Just keep in mind there\'s no A/C depending on the time you stay here. It was very open which allowed for great air flow including fans.
Nice renovated unit
The bathroom and kitchen/living room were renovated with tile which made it easy to keep clean. The open concept kitchen made it feel much bigger than comparable units at this resort. Easy to walk out from the grass down to the beach. There were sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards so beach excursions were convenient.
A beautiful location
Really wonderful stay for our small family of three. It met our needs perfectly. Short walk to the quiet beach and the clubhouse was a great place to workout or sit by the pool. The check in process was easy with a quick stop at the office to collect keys. This is a truly beautiful location, the resort doesn’t feel massive, the lush surroundings felt like paradise. Would absolutely stay here again!
Lovely property with good amenities
The condo was cute and perfect for our group, and while it wasn't on the beach because we were with kids, it was great because it was actually quite close to the athletic club and the swimming pool!
Having stayed at the Kiahuna plantation previously I can tell you this Parrish property was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed, the closet had beach chairs, kids sand toys and boogie boards. We will definitely repeat our stay with Parrish.

We enjoyed 10 days for our 25th Anniversary and had the best time. Loved being able to stay at the complex relaxing on the beautiful beach. Enjoyed working out at the gym across the street. We will most definitely be back.
We had the best time here at the Kiahuna Plantation. The condo was perfect and located on a beautiful grounds. We loved using the gym across the street. Perfect location in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The beach was our favorite! We stayed and played at the beach several days and even took surf lessons right there. I suggest that for sure! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will most definitely be back.

The unit itself was great, but location was just fine. Beach wasn't super impressive and crowded - better just to drive to other beaches. Also - karaoke across the street late on Friday night with windows open was not ideal.

The views of the sunset were spectacular and the amenities were wonderful. We loved grilling out on the ocean for dinner listening to waves and watching the sunset. The condo itself was very clean with plenty of cooking supplies, extra pillows and toiletries. All of our hikes, boat rides, and dinners were within a 30-45 minute drive as well!

The location of this property is absolutely PERFECT. The Airbnb was managed by Parrish Collections, a management company, who used a texting service to check in on us. The condo was clean, had ample parking, and sat on a nice lawn. It was a short walk to the beach, The Sheraton (Luau), restaurants, and the Athletic Club (Pool & Facilities). There was great airflow, and lots of amenities (Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie board, beach toys, etc). We appreciated having access to a kitchen and semi-private patio. We can\'t wait to return!

It was a great stay for the price! No complaints about space. The BNB is comfortable and can’t stress enough how cozy it was to stay there.
