This was such an incredible stay! We loved the aesthetic of this condo so much it actually improved our overall experience in Poipu. We pretty regularly walked to Kalapaki Joe’s for drinks and live music which was such a great ending to long days at Shipwreck/Poipu beach.

I very much wanted to give this property 5 stars. I only gave it 4 stars because the upstairs loft was too hot for our family. The master bedroom had air conditioning, so it was very comfortable. And the property was very comfortable during the day with the windows and doors allowing a breeze. I knew before booking that there was not ac in the loft, so communication was clear.

There is also road noise during the day and early evening, but I got used to it quickly.

Everything else about the property was 5 stars!

- The service from Parrish Kai was exceptional (I would rent one of their properties anytime)

- The property was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed l, and decorated so cute

- The walk to the beach was stunning and a pleasure, so much so that I was grateful we weren’t on the beach so I could enjoy the beautiful walk

- I forgot some paperwork there and Parrish Kai mailed it to me directly with kindness and care.

The condo was great and stayed cool with the window open. Loved waking up to the birds and the view off the lanai. There was road noise but it didn’t bother us a bit and we all slept fine. The king size bed was so comfortable! There was a problem with the ac in the bedroom but the communication was great and the portable AC was replaced the same day. Overall great stay!

This condo is beautifully furnished and well-stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs and an umbrella. The decorations are tasteful and the kitchen and bath updated. It\'s also close to restaurants and a popular beach spot. The lanai was a plus as well as the TV having streaming services. Welcome coffee and shopping bags were great. There were plenty of extra little touches to make this place stand out.

Fantastic stay! Everything was beyond perfect. The entire space was so comfortable, and outfitted with everything you need. It is the perfect location, close to the best beaches and restaurants. Loved our time here, and will definitely come back.

Loved it! Perfect location, easy walk to the beach! I wished there were more spices in the kitchen for cooking in, but other than that the kitchen was great - everything labeled and easy to find! Beds were very comfy! You can hear the road noise from the bedrooms during the day but it gets pretty quiet at night and they provided earplugs. Walls are thin between units - so we could hear the neighbors a bit in the evening but I was SO glad I got the townhouse style unit without anyone above us - that would have been a lot more annoying. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Beautiful environment and the apartment is big and well equipped. Only minutes from the beach, and a pool + spa belongs to the residence. Unfortunately Wifi did not work and the communication with the support was not really helpful.

We had a great time at the Parrish Kauai location. We are a family of four and it was the perfect size for us. Our 10 year old loved the spiral staircase but I had some issues going up and down. Mostly because I’m a recent cancer survivor and I’m not as agile as I used to be. The location was perfect and there were local restaurants and places that we were able to visit with ease. Living Foods was one of our favorite places in a nearby strip mall with good food and a nice bar. The pool and beach were so close and in the late evenings being able to see the giant sea turtles was pretty special. Location as mentioned was great and we were able to get around with ease. We hope to come back to Kauai next year and we would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Allenfalls sind die Betten im oberen Stock eher klein (auf den Bildern erscheinen sie grösser), für uns hat es aber gepasst. Die beiden Balkone sind perfekt zum relaxen und die Küche war super eingerichtet. Wir würden sofort wieder dort übernachten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hausteil, sie ist sehr stilvoll und wertig eingerichtet, die Küche bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. 2 Strände sind in 3-6 Min. Zu Fuss erreichbar und an der Poipu Beach kamen jeden Abend vor Sonnenuntergang grosse Schildkröten an Land. Unglaublich schön! Einziger Minuspunkt ist wirklich der Strassenlärm …

We loved our stay! The apartment is even better than in the fotos. Lots of space, well stocked with everything one could possibly need. Short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Only minor downside is the proximity to the main road, but the road gets quiet at night so we could sleep really well.

The description on line stated air conditioning, but there was only a unit in the master.

The ceiling fans were a lifesaver.

Everything else was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay.

This place was awesome!! They were stocked with everything you could think of! They had a texting number that was very communicative if we needed anything. There was a window that wouldn’t close and by the end of the day when we got back it had been fixed! There is a great breeze so the living area doesn’t feel warm. The AC in the bedroom is ice cold! There IS bath essentials even though the listing says there isn’t. We brought towels for no reason. I wish we would have known there would be towels. I also love the location right next to poipu beach where there’s always turtles at sunset! This place is also stocked with SO MUCH beach essentials it’s awesome!! Kalapaki joes is a MUST TRY for happy hour!

My only downfall here is the road noise and semi-lack of privacy. You can see right through the blinds in the living area :/ they make up for the noise with sound machines and ear plugs!

It was a wonderful stay! At first it was rather warm when we first got there due to humidity. We all went into the master bedroom where the ac unit was located while the fans were on in the other rooms. If you have plans to do things while in kauai during the day, the place will be at a decent temperature at your return but during the nights it isn’t too bad with fans on. Otherwise it was nice to have a washer/dryer to be able to clean our clothes since we went on a lot of adventures and during hikes it was especially advised to clean your clothes before returning to the mainland. The kitchen was incredible all stocked up with needed appliances and tools. The 5-10 minute walk to the beach is the true winner. Not to mention the views from the balconies where we had breakfast. It was all incredible. I would stay here again for the location and what’s being provided.

A beautiful stay in Poipu! Would highly recommend. Beautiful hikes nearby and easy access to the beach. The place was spacious and comfortable!

Nice amenities, good location, kitchen equipped well, road noise loud, stairs to loft very tight and difficult to even get luggage up and down.

Overall a good value for our money. Super close to both the pool and the beach. The unit has everything you need to feel right and home and it was very clean. The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that there was only AC in the primary room and there’s a busy road nearby. This was fine for us but I could see it being hot for anyone sleeping upstairs in the loft. And the AC blocked out the noise of the road in the primary room, but again a problem for someone sleeping upstairs

Everything was Great with our stay and would definitely stay again!

Overall, the place was great! The kitchen was stocked, location was great, and was comfortable hanging out in the living room. The only downsides were, as were mentioned in previous reviews so I was expecting them, that the upstairs room was very warm with no AC unit and the location is close to the main road so it was a bit noisy. Ear plugs were provided.

Wonderful, well kept, clean and cozy condo with a prime location for walking to the beach and pool. Great view from the main lanai! Tucked in the trees, felt quite private considering how close it was to the amenities! Very adequate kitchen, well stocked with cooking supplies.

This condo was in a great location. I travel to the islands often and I always look for two amenities ac and washer and dryer as I have teenagers. This unit does have a washer an dryer but it’s a all in one it’s nearly impossible to wash a load of towels I had to hang dry and then throw in dryer. Also AC is only in the master which it does say in description. Upstairs does get quite warm which is acceptable for children but I would not reccomend for a second couple.

Location, location, location! This condo is located a 3 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. We walked to the beach every morning and most evenings to check on the sea turtles resting on the beach. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and the central location in Poi Pu makes sightseeing around the island very easy. This condo has a well stocked kitchen with both kinds of coffee makers (filter or pod) which allows you enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony.

This condo is in an amazing location, walking distance to a couple of beaches. Very cozy home and well equipped. Beds were comfortable, clean comfy sheets. Pillows in downstairs bedroom were great in upstairs bedroom, not so much. Kitchen has 2 coffee machines drip and k-cups, really helpful for coffee snubs like us. Entry closet had some beach chairs and games which we enjoyed very much. A few less pleasant things to keep in mind: A/C mentioned in the post is a portable unit and is located in the bedroom downstairs, the rest of the condo has fans in every room. The access to the room upstairs is through a steep spiral staircase which makes it inconvenient to carry the suitcases up, also using restrooms in the middle of the night can be an interesting trip down. The laundry machine is a washer-dryer 2-in-1 but it took 4 dryer cycles to full dry our load towels. Overall, well worth the value.

This place is wonderful!!! The location is perfect! Just a three minute walk to an amazing beach! The place is stocked!! Everything you could need is there! From the linens to the kitchen! Oh not to mention all the beach gear! Boogie boards, chairs, wagon, football, umbrellas, and more….. The pool is so close too! It’s comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

Good location on the south side of the island and easy to walk to beach. Portable aircon in the master room and just fans in loft and living area. Full kitchen amenities were handy too.

The location can’t be beat! Super close to the beach and town. Overall a great stay. Communication was good. Only a few issues. There was a strange and off putting smell coming from the the master closet, the ice machine/water dispenser was broken, and the dryer didn’t dry things. At all. We only were trying to dry 1 towel at a time and after two cycles of 40 min it was just barely warm and still wet.

Great location, pool and hot tub are just steps from the door. There are multiple beaches just a short walk away. The condo is very clean, spacious. The window design is amazing, there is no A/C but the condo is kept cool with tropical breezes.

Great place close to the Poipu beach. Location is also very close to Poipu road which is surprisingly busy and noisy.

Our home was so cozy. Perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed the grounds. They are kept so neat and clean. The close Beach access was amazing!

This unit is in a great location, close to the beach, the pool, and the bar next door. Being on the street side, you can hear some road noise with the windows open. As others have mentioned, the air-conditioning unit is only in the main bedroom, so folks sleeping in the loft may get toasty. With all of the windows open and the fans going it does get pretty comfortable at night, but if it's humid (which it seldom is for long) you'll be sticky. Definitely the bathroom could use an update, but everything was serviceable. Check in was a breeze, having a parking spot was great, and I definitely felt like I could reach out to someone in guest services if I needed anything. I would stay here again if I were lucky enough to return to Kauai.

Great fully stocked kitchen. Great communication. No view of the sea, but surrounded by lush greenery. Unfortunately next to a noisy road but does quieter later at night. Floor a.c. noisy but with ear plugs much better. Very close to pool which has a large jacuzzi. Nice modern condo.

Great place to stay! Perfect location and nice decor. It stays rather warm throughout the condo due to no AC but there is a small unit in the master bedroom to stay cool at night. Also watch out for lizards! They get in easily. 10 stars for us! Will definitely come back

This place was great, it neighbors a swimming pool and hot tub (pool was one of the best in the area) and its about a 5min walk from Poipu beach. It was acceptably clean and the bed was comfortable. The place is positioned very close to the street and can get a bit of noise pollution from speeding vehicles. i brought ear plugs but did not use them, vehicle traffic slows to very few cars by about 10pm. On the final day, we had a pest in our unit, I killed it and it was gross but thats part of staying on the island. I was scratching my head trying to figure out how the bug made its way in because I kept the place sealed up tight. The size of the pest made me feel like it had been there prior to our arrival. Bottom line. The place was gorgeous, spacious and located in a perfect spot, near the pool, beach, Koloa town and a main road to get to the rest of the island. Parking was easy (assigned spot) and checkin was a breeze. Washer and dryer worked great. I would stay again!

Great space, great location. Close to a lot of things including the Poipu car rental which is in the adjacent building. Multiple beaches in walking distance and the hosts have a lot of gear that you can take with you to the beach in a foldable wagon; towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards. The only thing that would get me to give them 5/5 stars would be to add an A/C unit to the loft area. If this is added I would definitely rent this space again. It was just too hot up there without one. There is one A/c unit in the bedroom downstairs that works really well in the room, but it is not enough to get to the loft area. Very clean space, easy check in, and full kitchen with good coffee.

Great spot! This spot is close enough to the beach and points of interest at Poipu Beach, yet it feels secluded and private. The lush landscaping created privacy all the way around the unit. The closet is stocked full of all you need for a day on Poipu beach. We enjoyed starting our day with a couple of hours snorkeling, basking and taking in the wildlife of Poipu Beach. In the afternoons we took off for adventures around the island. This location made it easy to get around the island. Thanks!!

Fantastic place. Super clean, comfortable bed, kitchen was well supplied and location was perfect. They will have you send stuff in through their personal email through Parrish (safe travels quarantine verification) and they were very prompt with responding. Incredible stay, we loved it here!!!

Great place read all the pages of the description there are stair and only AC in bedroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there and would stay here again

We had a few minor issues with our stay (the dining chairs pictured on the lanai were removed, we had an unknown alarm go off in the middle of the night) but altogether had a great stay. If you are looking to travel as two couples, know that the bedrooms are very unequal. I would more recommend this apartment for a small family or a single couple. The loft stairs are very steep and difficult to navigate. Also note that this apartment is very traditionally Hawaiian and most of the windows have no solid glass, only screens and shutters. There’s a great pool, and a lovely paved walking path to the beach. Many types of beach equipment are provided.
