The view is even better than the pictures. The grounds are perfectly maintained. A lovely tropical pool environment. Perfect location to the beaches and hikes in Hanalei. Everything was a million times better than I expected. Thank you!

Great Stay
We had such a wonderful time at this condo! The view alone is worth every penny! The lanai has a fantastic view and we had breakfast out there every morning. The condo itself is very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo provides beach chairs and a cooler, and is a quick walk down to the beach. A great beach to watch the sunset 🙂 the condo is only about a 10 minute drive to Hanalei. Overall we had a great stay!

Spectacular view!
Perfect place to enjoy they view of Bali Ha'i before or after a day playing on the island. Our favorite was taking the short path to the beach and enjoying drinks and food at the Sand Box bar.

The views were absolutely spectacular. The bed was ultra comfortable, towels/sheets, soft and luxurious. The only recommendation we would make is to repair/replace the Murphy bed. Given, two of the handles appear to have been repaired and glued previously, they were hanging upon our arrival. It was definitely challenging to open the bed, we had to jiggle it back and forth with significant force until it unlocked as it is quite stuck and not in optimal order. We left it down our entire stay to ensure we would be able to utilize it.
Everything else was wonderful. Hanalei Bay Resort is beautiful and Puu Poa beach is exquisite. Definitely take the golf cart ride down. Given, the beach is shared with 1 Hotel you can easily dine on their property which we didn’t know. The pool, hot tub, waterfalls, koi pond lovely as well as meals at Happy Talk. The majestic mountains, exquisite sea views, waking to the sounds of the birds singing are indelibly marked in our memories forever. Thank you!
A Divinely Stay in the North Shore
Thanks to this listening, Hanalei/Princeville will forever have a special place in my heart. The unit and views are absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed my time at the resort as well!! They have a fun restaurant (Happy Talk) with live music, an amazing property with outdoor activities, a great pool, and not to mention, a quick walk to access a lovely beach! I will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you for everything!

The beautiful view
We had a great time staying at this unit within the Hanalei Bay Resort. The community and resort was beautiful and the view from both our living room and bedroom were breathtaking!

50th Anniversary
This trip was a gift for my parents 50th Anniversary. They had a great time, and this was perfect for them. The property was as described and was beautiful -- the view of the bay is just incredible.

Great stay. Great view. It was very clean and had a lot of great beach accessories.
The condo views were unbelievable. It was as described. For two people it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and location perfect for up north. It was great to be able to walk to Happy Talk and get some amazing food with a great view. The pool area was nice, unfortunately the pool bar and restaurant were not open. We walked down and spent a day at the beach which was just beautiful and not too crowded. There was beach gear in one of the closets which was awesome! Had a very good dinner at B’s kitchen right up the street. The condo was a little expensive but the view makes it worth it!
Great value for services provided and location. We will definitely stay with Parrish again.

Great place to stay in Kauai!
This is wonderful condo with ample room for two guests, possibly four. We loved the decor and furnishings, along with the beach equipment. The balconies overlooking the Hanalei Bay are gems. The view is currently marred by the building site for a revamped hotel. We had trouble with the wifi and cable, so look into that early if you too experience issues. We strongly recommend a stay.

Vrbo was misleading
I rented a 1 br 2ba. The layout was 2 condos (1 studio and a 1 bedroom). I would have prefered the option to rent one or the other.

The design allows flexibility to rent as separate studio units, however we do not do that. The layout is set up with one bedroom separate from the living quarters, so in effect a one-bedroom as advertised.
Hanalei Bay Resort - WONDERFUL
VRBO- 10/14/2021 at 6:56 PM The 2-unit condo overlooking Hanalei Bay was just wonderful. The units are stocked well - EXCEPT - they need to add a pitcher to make up lemonade, etc., to take to the beach. Otherwise, we will go back for sure.
