We rented 3 of the listings and every condo was so nice and unique ! Great place to have the family too for a vacation.
Highly recommend . We also deep sea dived with seasport divers that is .5 miles away from the condos and we highly recommend it ! Best diving ever.

we enjoyed our stay. house was very comfortable other than their was sand on the bedroom and front room floors. The hit tub was not working 🙁 but the pool was nice. Thank you for tge nice place to stay on our wonderful vacation.

Would highly recommend staying here! Really nice space with good amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Good location as well! Parrish was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was spacious, clean, exactly as advertised. We had a problem with one of the toilets not working and management sent someone to fix it right away -- on a Sunday night. The house is also very well equipped with everything from kitchen appliances, pots and pans to utensils. We will definitely return.
Wonderful family vacation lodging
Perfect locale for our family trip to Kuaui. It was great with my 2 teenagers upstairs and plenty of walkable activities nearby including great beaches, snorkel spots, shopping, restaurants, and rental shops. A very short drive to world class golf and some awesome hiking trails. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. Very comfortable bedding. Nice landscaping and pool area. Very nice Bosch washer/dryer was used daily to dry towels and trunks. Nice parking area was always open and convenient. Only complaint: like many Hawaiian buildings, no AC. This was fine at night, but in the late afternoons is was a bit warm in there. But the fans made it better.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property for several days while exploring the south shore of Kauai. The location is great as it's within walking distance of the ocean as well as the nearby shopping plaza. The grounds around the property are well maintained and beautiful to walk through. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and mostly modern. There is no AC, so it can get a bit warm and muggy inside. Also of note, the kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. but many other kitchen basics are missing, like sugar, salt, and pepper.
Really enjoyed my stay. The directions were a little confusing, between text messages vs Air BnB, on the location of the villa. The text messages also mentioned a gate code number that doesn’t exist. Besides a couple of late night insects, it was a peaceful & beautiful place.
The place was very clean and private, adequate dishes for cooking. The front desk was very responsive, we requested help twice and both were prompt. Good location with a few walkable necessities.
Spacious beautiful condo
This condo was one of the highlights of our stay in Kauai. Beautiful spaces with lofted ceilings, lovely upscale decor, well-stocked kitchen, functional bathrooms, nice lanai... Was a relaxing place to be when it was raining outside, and I looked forward to sleeping in the master bedroom with the tropical breezes and bird sounds wafting through the plantation windows. Only suggestion is to provide salt and pepper along with the coffee and tea.

Great location lots of space
Family of 4 (2 teenagers) enjoyed our stay at this roomy condo in quiet location. Everything as advertised on listing. Close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend to friends and family. Mahalo to our hosts.

Poipu Holiday Vacation
We visited Kauai for the 2022 Christmas season. Poipu was the perfect part of the Island to stay. Near nice shops and restaurants. We found a beach that was nearby that wasn’t well known to visitors that was a lot of fun. Upon arrival a note taped to the door announced the water would be shut off for four hours the next day. We wish management would have texted us so that we could have modified our plans. The water was shut off an hour and a half ahead of the scheduled time and disrupted preparations to leave for the day. The following day the power went out. There was no rain at the condo, so we are not sure what happened and again there was no communication from management. While there, we wanted to work out. When we contacted management, they referred us to a location 25 minutes away. We were a little surprised by that and found out an athletic club where several of their properties have access. They have a condo in the same development that has access. When we inquired about our condo, management was dismissive and rude. If you are going to stay in one of their properties and you like to work out, you may want to consider a different property. The condo itself was well equipped, well furnished and comfortable. As stated in their description, there is no air conditioning. That was not an issue for us, with the exception that we kept the windows open in the evening with fans turned on and the roosters started crowing at 3:30AM every morning right below our window. But for the poor communication and tone from management we would recommend this as a place to stay.
Aloha Jonathan, we apologize on the water shut off. We only advised you of what we were told and are sorry the AOAO started early. On the power, we do have “dirty power” here on Kauai and it does go off or surge during inclement weather. We are sorry for any inconvenience. The Athletic Club is a membership driven facility and not all owners are members. Had we know ahead of time you wanted access to a gym, we could have steered you towards a unit that has it. We tried to recommend the two public gyms we have on island. Sorry for the frustration and for any misunderstood “tone”. No offense was meant.
Love. Love. Truly the pictures did not do this luxury condo justice. We were pleasantly surprised to find of that it was a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. The unit has gorgeous Hawaiian style architecture throughout… large deck, 20ft ceilings, tall 10ft wood shutter windows; beautifully decorated with large comfortable bed and furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Pack light, as you do have to carry everything you bring with you up and down 3 flights of stairs… but once you’re there as well worth it.
Nice location close to beach, shops and restaurants.
Great location, close to the beach and shopping venues, good starting point to explore the South-West Kauai. Plenty space, stylish with the gallery upstairs ... friendly and quiet surrounding area.
Great space! High quality furniture and appliances, very comfortable. The complex is quiet, safe, and easy to navigate. Location is convenient to multiple restaurants, shops, and beaches. Host was very communicative. I didn't realize this ahead of time but most residences on the island don't have air conditioning, plan ahead if going in warmer months!
Airbnb 5/9 We had a lovely stay at Waikomo Stream Villas! The unit's much more spacious than I was expecting from the pictures. It was very clean, equipped for cooking, and well-positioned for the breeze, which easily kept it at a pleasant temperature all day. The location is good, with beaches and restaurants within walking distance, and Waimea Canyon not too far away by car. (I'd highly recommend the nearby Cave Preserve, and a Nā Pali Coast raft adventure from Kauai Sea Tours if you're feeling adventurous.) It's not obvious from the listing that you never actually communicate with "Parrish" — he's not a normal Airbnb host but founder of The Parrish Collection, a vacation rental company. Immediately after booking I received a message asking for my email address as their booking system doesn't work through Airbnb messages. After some back-and-fourth with them and with Airbnb support (who confirmed that this is legitimate despite the help pages saying only to communicate through Airbnb), I gave them my email address and then had to complete a couple of forms to confirm the booking. (This included giving the names and ages of everyone staying in the unit.) The Parrish Collection staff were very responsive to Airbnb messages, and this was never a problem, but it was disconcerting and awkward. Also, one of the reasons I like Airbnb is because I know most of my money is going straight into locals' pockets, which I'm not so sure of here. That said, we had a great time, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and good value with well equipped kitchen. Very close to gorgeous beaches and places to eat. Well located in mid island to drive to either side easily. Also enjoyed the gorgeous grounds that make the place special.

Wonderful stay!
Our favorite place to stay, love the beautiful grounds, bull frogs, birds, location, etc!! Very comfortable and close to shops, restaurants, beach, loved it!
This is a very attractive, spacious, well-appointed condo. It's located a short walk from the beach and also from shopping. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. same with the pool. there's an appealing lanai for relaxing or outdoor dining. The man-made stream that runs through the property is home to bull frogs, who are very cool...but also loud at night. Otherwise, it's very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely return there.

Very pretty and great location. The little stream running through was fun for the kids and to see the frogs, koi, and lizards. Close to the beach and very comfortable.

The Parrish air bnb was wonderful, beautify decorated, and very clean! We had a great stay. The location was perfect for doing activities around Poipu beach but not far at all from the airport. We would stay there again in a heart beat!
